Committed to sustainability, Rego is expanding its electric and CNG fleet, aiming for 100% green operations by 2030, supported by advanced telematics and its Corporate Mobility Automation System (CMAS).
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Credit Controller role based in Bengaluru. The Credit Controller will manage the company’s accounts receivable, including monitoring customer credit limits, reviewing aging reports, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. The role involves assessing customer creditworthiness, approving or recommending credit terms, and proactively following up with clients to resolve payment delays and discrepancies. The Credit Controller will collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to reconcile accounts, address billing issues, and maintain accurate financial records. The role also includes preparing regular credit and collections reports, identifying risk trends, and recommending process improvements to strengthen cash flow and minimize bad debts.
Qualifications
Strong credit control and debt collection skills, with experience managing debtors and overdue accounts.
Knowledge of credit management and finance principles, including risk assessment and cash flow management.
Proficiency in using accounting or ERP systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools for credit and collections tracking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to analyze financial data and aging reports.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, organize workload independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant experience in corporate finance, accounts receivable, or credit control; transport or mobility sector experience is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (professional certifications in credit or finance are a plus).
