WE’RE HIRING | MOTION GRAPHICS & TECHNICAL LEARNING DESIGNER
STARVIK SOLUTION PVT LTD | Ranipet ( Near VIT Vellore ) , Tamil Nadu
Help us turn complex engineering concepts into clear, engaging visual learning experiences.
We are looking for a Motion Graphics & Technical Learning Designer to transform SME-provided technical content into professional graphics, animations and LMS-ready learning videos.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand technical topics, scripts, learning objectives and key concepts
• Develop storyboards and plan clear visual explanations
• Create technical illustrations, engineering diagrams, infographics, learning slides and explainer graphics
• Produce 2D / 3D motion graphics, animated explainers and educational videos
• Edit videos and synchronize visuals, transitions and animations with voice-over
• Incorporate feedback from technical reviewers to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Prepare polished visual assets and videos for Starvik LMS integration
REQUIREMENTS
Strong working knowledge or familiarity with:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar video-editing software
• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Canva or similar design tools
• 2D motion graphics and animation
• Storyboarding, infographic and diagram design
• Video editing and post-production
• Typography, visual communication and voice-over synchronization
ADDED ADVANTAGE
• Experience creating educational, technical or engineering content
• Familiarity with Blender or other 3D visualization tools
• Experience with AI image and video tools or AI-assisted creative workflows
• Strong video editing and post-production skills
IMPORTANT
You do not need to be an engineering related experience. Our technical team will provide the subject knowledge and validate accuracy.
