About STARVIK
STARVIK SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED is building a technology-driven learning platform covering Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Electronics, IT, Engineering and professional skill development.
We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack LMS & AI Product Developer to manage and improve our digital learning platform, integrate AI capabilities and help develop new EdTech products.
About the role
You will work across front-end development, back-end systems, integrations and automation. Your primary focus will be a reliable, user-friendly LMS, with opportunities to develop AI-powered learning features, mobile applications and interactive learning products as our platform grows.
Key responsibilities
• Manage, maintain and enhance the STARVIK LMS and website.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces and reliable back-end functionality.
• Build student, instructor and administrator dashboards.
• Manage databases, APIs, authentication and role-based access.
• Integrate payment gateways, CRM, email and WhatsApp workflows.
• Automate enrolment, payment confirmation, course access and certification.
• Develop online examinations, quizzes, assessments and learner analytics.
• Integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude and Gemini for relevant learning use cases.
• Build AI-powered learning assistants, intelligent search and quiz-generation features.
• Collaborate with trainers, designers and Subject Matter Experts to convert validated content into interactive learning modules.
• Support mobile application development using Flutter, React Native or suitable technologies.
• Manage deployment, hosting, backups, monitoring, security and performance optimisation.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and explore practical improvements through emerging technologies.
Core technical skills
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• React / Next.js or a comparable front-end framework
• Node.js and/or Python
• MySQL / PostgreSQL or a comparable relational database
• REST APIs, authentication and third-party integrations
• Git / GitHub
• Responsive web development and debugging
Preferred skills
• LMS development or administration
• Cloud deployment using AWS, Azure, GCP or similar platforms
• AI API integration and generative AI applications
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases
• Automation workflows and webhooks
• Flutter / React Native
• Web analytics, cybersecurity fundamentals and performance optimisation
Strong practical capability in a relevant technology stack is more important than knowing every tool listed.
Who we are looking for
Someone who can understand a business or learner problem and turn it into a working digital solution. You should be comfortable taking ownership, learning unfamiliar technologies, collaborating with others and developing products beyond routine website maintenance.
Please demonstrate your capabilities through relevant projects, applications, integrations or a technical portfolio.

Our platform will support AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Development, Electronics, Embedded Systems, IoT, Robotics, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Engineering and professional development.
Future projects may include the STARVIK Learning App, AI tutors, examination systems, certificate verification, corporate training portals, virtual labs and personalised learning tools. These will be developed in phases according to business priorities.
You are not expected to be a subject-matter expert in every course domain. Course content will be prepared or validated by appropriate Subject Matter Experts.
