We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in HR and Payroll technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with senior HR and Payroll stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
Lead requirements-gathering meetings and workshops.
Analyse HR/Payroll processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into functional/solution requirements.
Work closely with developers and technical teams to define and deliver solutions.
Support testing, implementation, and project delivery.
Required Experience:
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in HR/Payroll technology.
Good understanding of HR business processes.
Experience delivering technology projects and working with development teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
