Inventory Lead

Role Description The Inventory Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day inventory operations for Yulu’s fleet, parts, and related assets. This role includes planning and executing physical inventory counts, tracking stock levels, and maintaining accurate records in inventory systems. The Inventory Lead will monitor inventory flow between hubs and warehouses, reconcile discrepancies, and implement inventory control processes that support operational efficiency. The role also involves coordinating with operations, procurement, and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of vehicles and components, as well as addressing internal and external stakeholder queries related to inventory. The Inventory Lead will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support audits, and help establish best practices for inventory management in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Physical Inventory and Inventory Control to manage counts, reconciliations, and stock accuracy.
Experience with Inventory Management systems and processes to track, update, and analyze inventory data.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and support operational partners.
Proficiency with spreadsheets or inventory software; ability to interpret data and generate basic reports.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-ground operations environment.
Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, mobility, or related operations roles is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, supply chain, business, or a relevant field preferred.
