Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer with 4 years of experience and a strong foundation in Node.js and SQL-based databases. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in building web applications, APIs, and implementing robust data management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications and their various modules.
Work closely with Product, UX, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products.
Reduce rework and improve productivity by following a design-first development approach.
Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve customer incidents and defects.
Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Develop backend applications and APIs using Node.js.
Design and develop full-stack applications using Angular and Node.js.
Write clean, modular, scalable, and maintainable code across frontend and backend.
Optimize SQL queries and ensure efficient database interactions.
Work with MySQL and have an understanding of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
Apply strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms to build efficient and optimized solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Manage code repositories using Git and ensure streamlined version control.
Monitor, debug, and manage application processes using relevant process management tools.
Follow unit testing practices and ensure adequate test coverage.
Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant best practices into the development process.
Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (Must Have).
Strong experience with MySQL (Must Have) and SQL-based databases.
Strong experience in frontend development using Angular or React.
Good understanding of backend frameworks and API development. Familiarity with Spring or Django is a plus.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Working knowledge of Git, SVN, or similar version control systems.
Good understanding of unit testing concepts and practices.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering production-grade applications.
Good to Have
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
Familiarity with Spring or Django.
Experience with process management and application monitoring tools.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable applications.
