Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP Controlling (CO) implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.
Configure and support SAP CO modules including:
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Internal Orders (IO)
Product Costing (PC)
Profitability Analysis (COPA)
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP CO solutions.
Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with finance controlling functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, and BW.
Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide functional leadership to project teams.
Required Skills
8-14 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP CO.
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of Product Costing, COPA, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
Experience integrating SAP CO with SAP FI and logistics modules.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in S/4HANA finance transformations preferred.
Team handling and mentoring experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
SAP CO certification preferred.
