What You'll Do
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and induction for new hires
Help maintain HR databases, employee records, and trackers
Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives
Assist with HR documentation, policies, and compliance tasks
Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative activities
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to work
