Job Title: Senior Design Engineer – Liquid Packaging Machinery

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in designing
liquid packaging and filling line machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete
machine design lifecycle, from concept development to commissioning, while delivering customized
automation solutions for industries such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Oil &
Chemicals.
Key Responsibilities
 Design complete liquid packaging and filling lines from concept to commissioning.
 Develop machine layouts integrating filling, capping, rinsing, labeling, and conveying systems.
 Create detailed 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and assemblies using SolidWorks or
Solid Edge. Carryout all engineering calculations to validate the design.
 Knowledge of engineering simulation, structural analysis (ANSYS) is preferred.
 Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), part codes, and engineering documentation.
 Design customized machine solutions based on customer requirements and production
capacity. Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives for liquid packaging equipment.
 Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and assembly teams to ensure smooth project
execution.
 Troubleshoot design, manufacturing, and assembly issues during production and
commissioning. Participate in customer meetings and provide technical support during project
discussions.
 Mentor junior design engineers and review engineering deliverables.
Required Qualifications
 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
 Minimum 8 years of experience in designing liquid packaging or filling line machinery.
 Proven experience in complete machine design and line integration.
 Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and
assembly techniques.
 Experience handling projects independently from concept to commissioning.
