Hiring: Mid-Level US Recruiter / Sourcer | Bengaluru (Hybrid) | Contract
We're looking for an experienced US Recruiter/Sourcer to support hiring across the US, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, the UK, and broader European markets.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in US recruitment and sourcing
Ability to independently source candidates without relying on vendors or staffing agencies
Expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, market intelligence, and candidate engagement
Good understanding of US tax terms and employment classifications (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.)
Experience supporting hiring across global markets, including Europe and LATAM
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Ability to build and maintain pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles
Work Schedule: EST-aligned shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
