Executive – Answer Engine Operations (AEO)

We are looking for curious and detail-oriented freshers to join our digital team. In this role, you will help optimize content for AI-driven search platforms (like voice assistants and answer engines), ensuring content is structured, relevant, and easily discoverable.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in optimizing content for Answer Engines (Google SGE, Chatbots, Voice Search)
Perform keyword and query intent research for conversational search
Structure content using FAQs, snippets, and schema markup
Support creation of AI-friendly and voice-search optimized content
Analyse search trends and user queries to improve visibility
Work with SEO team to align AEO strategies with traditional SEO
Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console, analytics tools
Maintain content accuracy, clarity, and relevance
Assist in competitor and SERP analysis
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism / Mass Communication/ Computer Applications / IT
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in AI tools, ChatGPT, and search technologies
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Familiarity with Google Search, FAQs, featured snippets
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
