Public Relations Executive

Flags Communications is looking for a PR professional with 3–4 years of experience to support and execute PR activities for our clients. The ideal candidate should have good media relations, communication skills and an understanding of how to create and promote stories across relevant media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and media professionals.
Prepare press releases, media pitches, story ideas and other PR content.
Pitch client stories to relevant media publications and secure media coverage.
Coordinate with media for interviews, articles, quotes and other opportunities.
Conduct media research and identify relevant journalists and publications.
Monitor media coverage and maintain coverage reports and trackers.
Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns for clients.
Handle regular communication and coordination with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for content and campaign requirements.
Stay updated with current news, media trends and industry developments.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in PR, Public Relations, Corporate Communications or a PR agency.
Good media contacts and understanding of the media landscape.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong pitching and storytelling abilities.
Good client-handling and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach.
