Job description:
Collecting information about the technical requirements that each department must meet
Developing and evaluating computer systems that satisfy company requirements
Supplying resources and training required for subordinates to install and maintain new software programmes
Assessing the efficiency of computer systems and enhancing them as necessary
Creating MIS documentation to facilitate efficient operations and simple system upkeep
Ensuring the privacy of all customers, employees and company records
Excellent decision-making abilities
Ability to oversee multiple projects at once
Proficiency in speaking with persons from various commercial and technology backgrounds
Excellent practical knowledge of MIS tools, programmes, and ideas like ERP, CRM, ERP, etc.
Outstanding leadership and time management abilities
Excellent diagnostic abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to work with databases and reporting tools.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting, including preparing dashboards, summaries, and performance reports.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with ERP or project management software is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
Experience in infrastructure, construction, or utilities sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
