Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities in the international manpower recruitment market.
Build and maintain strong direct client and overseas agent networks.
Bring international recruitment requirements for skilled and semi-skilled manpower.
Identify potential clients/agents through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, networking and market research.
Handle client discussions, understand manpower requirements and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate sourcing, screening and deployment.
Maintain regular follow-ups with international clients and agents to generate repeat business.
Develop long-term relationships with overseas clients, agencies and business partners.
Maintain sales pipeline, client database and regular MIS.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in International Recruitment / Manpower / Business Development.
Existing international market contacts Gulf, Middle East with direct clients and/or overseas agents preferred.
Experience in skilled and semi-skilled manpower recruitment.
Strong knowledge of international/Gulf manpower markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
Proven ability to generate business through networking and cold calling.
