Job Title: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for target-oriented Talent Acquisition professionals who can independently manage recruitment targets, build strong client relationships, and lead a team of recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and consistently exceed recruitment and business targets.
Manage and develop client relationships and understand their hiring requirements.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to deliver results.
Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to successful closures.
Develop effective sourcing strategies and ensure timely fulfilment of requirements.
Track team performance, recruitment metrics, and productivity.
Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
