Influencer Marketing Executive

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing, and nurturing relationships with influencers across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and a good understanding of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Build and maintain a database of influencers across multiple categories and niches.
Reach out to influencers via email, DMs, and other communication channels.
Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and commercial agreements.
Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
Brief influencers on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and content requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of content and campaign milestones.
Review influencer content for brand compliance before publishing.
Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
Build long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.
Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging creators.
Collaborate with the creative, content, and performance marketing teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills
