We are expanding our Business Partner network to connect with companies, generate business opportunities and deliver HR solutions through a growing professional network.
Role Purpose
As a UKHC Business Partner, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building business relationships, generating leads and supporting the growth of UKHC's recruitment and HR service business.
This opportunity is suitable for HR professionals, recruiters, sales professionals, consultants, entrepreneurs and individuals who want to build an independent business with the support of UKHC.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and approach startups, MSMEs, manufacturing companies, engineering firms, IT/ITES companies and other potential clients.
Generate leads for recruitment, staffing, HR outsourcing and consultancy services.
Schedule client meetings and understand business requirements.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
2. Recruitment & HR Services
Understand client manpower and HR requirements.
Coordinate with UKHC recruitment and HR delivery teams.
Support the client onboarding and requirement-sharing process.
Assist in follow-ups and business closure.
3. Sales & Marketing
Promote UKHC services through professional networking, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels.
Participate in business meetings and client presentations.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and client requirements.
Achieve mutually agreed business development targets.
4. Partner Collaboration
Work with UKHC recruiters, HR consultants and other business partners.
Follow UKHC's business process, communication standards and partner policies.
Submit regular updates on business development activities.

Commission calculation: The partner's percentage is calculated on the applicable net service revenue actually received by UKHC from the relevant client transaction, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Partnership Models
1. Client Referral Partner – 20%
Introduce a prospective client to UKHC.
Share genuine business leads and client requirements.
Earn 20% of applicable eligible revenue received from the referred business.
2. Recruitment / HR Service Partner – 30%
Support recruitment, candidate sourcing or agreed HR service activities.
Coordinate with UKHC for delivery.
Earn 30% of applicable eligible revenue received from the relevant business.
3. Business Development Partner – 50%
Identify and introduce clients.
Support client meetings, business development and conversion.
Earn 50% of applicable eligible revenue received from the relevant business, subject to agreed responsibilities and terms.
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced professionals can apply.
HR, recruitment, sales, marketing or business development experience is preferred.
Good communication and networking skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and generate leads.
Professional attitude and willingness to work independently.
Knowledge of local business markets is an advantage.

Important Terms
This is an independent Business Partner opportunity and not a salaried employment position.
No fixed monthly salary is guaranteed.
Commission is payable as per the applicable partner agreement and eligible revenue received.
Commission percentages may vary according to the service, client agreement and partner contribution.
All client introductions must be registered and approved through UKHC's process.
Partner must follow confidentiality, professional conduct and client data protection requirements.
Any franchise or paid partnership arrangement, if applicable, will be governed by a separate written agreement.
