Role Description The AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that support high-impact digital experiences for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and implementing algorithms, building and training neural network models, performing data analysis and feature engineering, and optimizing models for performance and scalability. The role also involves collaborating with designers, engineers, and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and documenting experiments, methodologies, and outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to design efficient, scalable solutions.
Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and refining machine learning models.
Solid understanding of Statistics for data analysis, model evaluation, and performance measurement.
Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (such as Python) and libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets.
Familiarity with deploying models into production environments and integrating AI/ML components into applications or platforms.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, multidisciplinary team in Hyderabad.
