Role Description The Senior AI/ML Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions that power high-authority digital experiences for client brands. Day-to-day activities include defining technical architectures, building and validating ML models, overseeing data pipelines, and collaborating closely with design, engineering, and client teams to translate business objectives into AI-driven solutions. The Senior AI/ML Lead will mentor team members, ensure best practices in model governance, performance, and security, and contribute to long-term AI strategy and innovation initiatives. The role involves regular problem-solving, experimentation, and optimization to deliver scalable, reliable, and ethical AI systems.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, including experience with model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.
Hands-on expertise with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and related libraries.
Experience in data engineering and analytics, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured data.
Proficiency in software engineering practices, including version control, testing, code review, and deployment in cloud or containerized environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (design, product, engineering, and client teams).
Background in designing AI solutions for digital products, intelligent systems, or customer-facing experiences is highly beneficial.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical partners.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of AI ethics, model interpretability, security, and responsible AI practices is an advantage.
Experience working with global or premium brands, or in high-trust digital environments, is a plus.
