Role Description The Operations Associate internship is an on-site role based in Gurugram. The intern will support day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating with tutoring and support teams, monitoring service quality, and helping streamline internal processes. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing reports, and assisting in resolving issues that affect tutor and student experiences. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, handling basic customer inquiries, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
Strong operations and process management skills, with the ability to organize tasks and support daily workflows.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service capabilities to interact effectively with tutors, learners, and internal teams.
Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with stakeholders and document processes.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with online platforms.
Interest in edtech or e-learning and a commitment to improving student learning experiences.
Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
