Sales & Reservation Associate
Location: Corporate Office, Siliguri
Salary: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
Handle room reservations, enquiries, calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with hotel properties for availability, rates, and bookings.
Generate and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Handle corporate, group, travel-agent, and individual bookings.
Maintain reservation records and sales reports.
Build relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in hotel sales/reservations preferred.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language is required.
Knowledge of hotel PMS/reservation systems will be an advantage.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
