Job Description:
Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale education programs across geographies, ensuring quality, operational efficiency, and measurable impact.
Translate organisational strategy into actionable operational plans and set annual delivery targets across the program portfolio.
Oversee program implementation, day-to-day operations, timelines, quality standards, and delivery risks.
Lead, mentor, and manage large, multi-layered teams across geographies, including leadership development and succession planning.
Drive workforce planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and efficient utilisation of resources.
Track KPIs, program outcomes, and impact metrics, using data and evaluation findings to improve delivery models.
Build and manage relationships with government bodies, CSR partners, donors, and other external stakeholders.
Support proposal development and donor reporting through accurate operational inputs and realistic delivery plans.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, donor requirements, regulatory standards, quality documentation, audit readiness, and child-safeguarding standards.
Drive process excellence, continuous improvement, innovation, and development of repeatable delivery playbooks for scale.
