Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Sales Recruiter role is based in Pune City. The Senior Sales Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for sales positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, building talent pipelines through multiple channels, and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and reports. The role also involves managing candidate communication, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The Senior Sales Recruiter will contribute to refining recruitment strategies and supporting workforce planning for the sales function.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Recruitment and Hiring skills, with experience recruiting for sales roles in fast-paced environments.
Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Candidates should possess Account Management and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage candidates and internal teams professionally.
Relevant experience in construction, real estate, or building services industries is beneficial.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
