The role
You'll own growth at TechTree: the systems that bring in new clients and keep clients, talent partners and candidates coming back. Today client leads live in the app but don't bring in clients yet, emails get written when someone has a free afternoon, and we don't measure how happy anyone is with us. That's the gap you'd close.
What You'll Be Doing
Turn client leads into a working channel for new clients
Build lifecycle and outbound email for clients, talent partners and candidates, from the copy and automation to deliverability
Automate our CRM and the manual GTM work that currently takes engineering time
Set up satisfaction tracking for all three groups and work on raising the scores
Work with sales, account management and delivery owners, and follow up when you need something from them
Ship product work too. This is an engineering seat, and when the team is short you'll pick up urgent tasks
Who You Are
An engineer with 3+ years of experience, including at least one job you stayed at for a year or more and can point to what changed because of you
You write production code in TypeScript/Node or Python and you're comfortable with APIs and SQL
You've built growth or GTM systems before (lead enrichment and routing, lifecycle email, CRM automation, experiments, funnels) and can walk us through one
You judge your work by the numbers it moves
You've worked remotely and get answers from people without waiting for a meeting
You speak Polish fluently, since that's the language our product team works in
If you're a marketer who picked up some Zapier, this probably isn't the right fit. We need someone who can also ship product code.
Nice to have
Time at a product-led growth company, or a product or startup of your own
Some background in sales, marketing or design
Experience with Clay, n8n, HubSpot or Customer.io
Stack
React, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL.
