Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong exposure to the Automotive industry to join our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automotive industry requirements.
Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
Understand Automotive job descriptions and identify relevant technical skills and experience.
Screen candidates and assess their suitability based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming Automotive requirements.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely submissions and closures.
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on recruitment experience in the Automotive industry is mandatory.
Good understanding of Automotive roles, technologies, and skillsets.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Experience working with Automotive clients or staffing projects will be an added advantage.
