The Role
Own our data. Own our Zoho. Turn daily transactions into clean, decision-ready dashboards for the leadership team.
What you'll do
Daily data entry and reconciliation across Zoho Books / Inventory / CRM/assemblies
Build and maintain MIS reports: sales, dispatch, collections, inventory, plant output
Automate what can be automated in Zoho — custom views, workflows, reports
Support finance and ops with month-close data, GST inputs, and audits
Flag data gaps and fix them at the source, not in Excel
You are
2–3 yrs of MIS / data-entry / analyst experience — must have worked hands-on in Zoho (Books, Inventory, & CRM)
Solid Excel: pivots, lookups, SUMIFS in your sleep
Structured, patient, and allergic to messy data
Bcom / Bcom(H) / BBA; Tally + Zoho combo is a must
you have worked in the food service industry-institutional kitchen/flight kitchen/food manufacturing
Salary range: 30-35k a month
Must have: Hands-on Zoho (not just "seen it"). Strong Excel. 1–3 yrs in MIS / data / analyst roles.
