Role Description The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day finance operations, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial statements and records. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include supporting financial reporting, monitoring cash flows, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring timely and accurate GST and other tax-related compliance. The role will also involve analyzing financial data to provide insights for decision-making, collaborating with internal teams on cost control and process improvements, and supporting audits and regulatory filings. The Finance Executive will contribute to building scalable, efficient financial processes for a growing food business.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance with hands-on experience in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements.
Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including periodic management reports and compliance-related documentation.
Sound knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related statutory requirements.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support strategic and operational decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience with Zoho and Excel, including reconciliations, and reporting dashboards.
Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in a growing food and hospitality-focused business.
