Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Client Partner to manage strategic client relationships, drive account growth, and identify new business opportunities within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate should have strong insurance-domain knowledge and experience in consulting, sales, and executive stakeholder management.
Required Skills
15+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or IT services.
Strong experience with US/Canada insurance clients.
Deep knowledge of P&C, Life, Health, or Commercial Insurance.
Proven experience in client relationship management and account growth.
Strong business development, sales, and pipeline management experience.
Experience working with senior/C-level client stakeholders.
Strong understanding of insurance business processes and technology.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Skills
Existing relationships with US/Canada insurance carriers, brokers, or TPAs.
Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Sapiens, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of Policy, Billing, Claims, Underwriting, and Rating.
Experience with Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/GenAI, and Digital Transformation.
Experience managing large strategic accounts and multi-million-dollar engagements.
MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
