Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Data Analyst role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Data Analyst will work with Python, SQL, DAV, and JSON data processing to extract, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Daily tasks include building and maintaining data pipelines, cleaning and validating datasets, designing reports and dashboards, and performing exploratory and statistical analysis to generate insights for product and operations teams. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into data models and queries, and presenting findings in clear, actionable formats. The Data Analyst will also help improve data quality, documentation, and best practices to support scalable, intelligent automation across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and drive data-backed decisions.
Solid foundation in Statistics to perform hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and basic predictive modeling.
Proficiency in Data Modeling to design efficient, scalable schemas and structures for reporting and automation.
Effective Communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
Hands-on experience with Python (data processing libraries such as pandas, NumPy) and SQL for querying, transforming, and automating data workflows.
Practical knowledge of DAV and JSON data processing, including handling APIs, nested data, and large-scale data ingestion.
Experience with BI or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) for building dashboards and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices; exposure to cloud data platforms is a plus.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving AI and automation landscape.
