Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Data Analyst role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Data Analyst will use Python, SQL, DAV, and PySpark to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets that support AI-driven and automated business solutions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining data pipelines, developing data models, performing statistical analysis, and generating insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. The role involves creating dashboards and reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, and presenting analytical findings in clear, actionable formats. The Data Analyst will also contribute to improving data quality, optimizing data workflows, and supporting experimentation and measurement for AI-powered initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and data analytics capabilities for interpreting complex datasets and driving insights.
Knowledge of statistics and statistical methods for hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and performance measurement.
Experience in data modeling, including designing and optimizing data structures for reporting and analysis.
Effective communication skills to translate technical findings into clear, business-focused narratives and collaborate with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Python and SQL; hands-on experience with PySpark and data processing in distributed environments.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and dashboard development.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and best practices for data quality and governance.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
