This company is seeking an Enterprise Business Analyst to join a centralized Project Management Office, supporting organization-wide initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen operational alignment, and enable strategic growth. This role partners closely with business units, project managers, technical teams, and executive leadership to lead business analysis efforts across major enterprise projects, including software selection and implementation, process improvement initiatives, and other cross-functional programs. This position reports directly to senior PMO leadership.
Top/Must have skills:
5+ years business analysis experience
Experience with enterprise software implementations (ERP, CRM, HCM, etc.)
Strong experience with requirements management
Experience developing test plans, facilitating test processes all the way through implementation and go live.
Experience creating business process workflows and business process improvement initiatives
REMOTE BUT MUST LIVE IN A NEW ENGLAND STATE
