Change Management Consultant

Title: Change Management Consultant- Salesforce ARM CPQ Implementation
Duration: Contract thru end of March 2027
Requirements
5+ years supporting organizational change, business transformation, or organizational effectiveness initiatives, with the ability to independently manage several concurrent areas of work.
Experience with full cycle Salesforce CPQ implementation.
Salesforce Revenue cloud, Sales cloud or ARM experience.
Strong hands-on experience with technical instructional design and enablement, including translating complex system functionality and business processes into effective training programs, learning materials, job aids, user guides, and other adoption resources.
Experience documenting both existing and redesigned quote-to-cash workflows within technology or business transformation initiatives
Strong written communication skills with the ability to independently develop targeted communications, learning content, reference guides, job aids, and other adoption materials for different audiences.
Confident leading workshops and working sessions involving multiple business and technical groups. Able to build consensus, maintain accountability around timelines, and surface risks or obstacles when they arise.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and keep multiple initiatives progressing simultaneously.
Experience contributing to large-scale business or technology transformation efforts involving functions such as Sales, Finance, Operations, or IT.
