Aviation Reliability Analyst

About the Role
We’re hiring an Aviation Reliability Analyst to support fleet reliability monitoring and reporting for an international aviation client, working from India. You’ll analyze operational and maintenance data to track component/system performance, identify trends, and support reliability program reporting in line with regulatory and OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze fleet reliability data (dispatch reliability, MEL/CDL items, delays/cancellations due to technical issues, unscheduled removals)
• Prepare monthly/periodic reliability reports (e.g., Alert level tracking, component removal trends, engine/APU trend monitoring)
• Track and trend data against OEM and regulatory reliability standards
• Support root cause analysis for recurring defects and system/component failures
• Maintain and update reliability program documentation and dashboards
• Coordinate with maintenance planning, engineering, and quality teams to close out reliability findings
• Assist in preparing data for reliability control board meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in aviation reliability, maintenance planning, or MRO data analysis
• Familiarity with reliability program concepts (Alert levels, MTBUR, MTBF, dispatch reliability)
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Good written and verbal English communication (for coordination with the client team)
Preferred
• Experience working with an airline/MRO
• Exposure to maintenance tracking/reliability software
• Knowledge of ATA chapters and technical records
