About the Role

Responsibilities
Design user-friendly interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes for [product/feature] end-to-end.
Conduct basic user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with developers and product teams on design implementation.
Maintain design consistency, components, and UI guidelines. Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve user experience.
Use tools like Figma to create, prototype, and present designs.
Document design decisions and rationale for handoff and future reference.
Take ownership of small-to-medium design tasks with guidance from senior designers.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.
Basic understanding of UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Basic knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Familiarity with design handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode).
Awareness of current UI/UX trends and best practices. Strong visual design sensibility.
Clear communication and collaboration skills. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
