Role Description This is a contract, hybrid Salesforce Developer role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and enhancements that support business processes. Daily responsibilities include configuring and customizing Salesforce, building and optimizing Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components, and ensuring data integrity and system performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions, and adhering to industry best practices and OptiValue Tek standards. The Salesforce Developer will also support testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing administration of Salesforce environments.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Salesforce.com development skills, including experience with Apex, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components.
Candidates should possess Salesforce.com platform skills, including Salesforce.com Administration, configuration, and general Salesforce.com ecosystem knowledge.
Candidates should possess skills in integrating Salesforce with external systems, using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
Candidates should possess skills in debugging, performance optimization, and unit/integration testing within Salesforce environments.
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator) are highly beneficial.
Experience working in agile teams, with strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
