About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced talent acquisition professional to manage end-to-end hiring processes and build strong customer relationships. This position requires a strategic headhunter with deep knowledge of the tech industry and a proven track record in a US recruiting agency.

Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from initial outreach to successful placement.
Actively execute sourcing on LinkedIn.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top-tier candidates.
Conduct advanced Boolean searches to uncover hidden talent pools.
Apply your US recruiting agency experience to streamline hiring workflows and deliver quality results.
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key Requirements
+7 years of experience in recruiting.
+5 years of headhunting.
+2 years of experience in the tech industry.
Professional proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
A strong sense of ownership and a detail-oriented approach to your work.
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced market.
Work conditions
Full-time position.
Core job schedule: 09:00 PST - 14:00 PST and three hours on a flexible schedule.
100% remote environment.
