About the Role
As a Business Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone. In this position, you will bridge the gap between business, marketing, and engineering to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and integrate AI into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own cross-functional operational projects across the agency.
Run ClickUp and improve how projects are planned, prioritized, and executed.
Partner with marketing leaders to improve workflows and eliminate unnecessary work.
Coordinate AI initiatives between the business and engineering.
Help implement automations, dashboards, reporting systems, and internal tools.
Hold teams accountable to deadlines, commitments, and project milestones.
Continuously improve how Rubix operates through better systems, documentation, and AI.
Key Requirements
+4 years of experience in project management.
+1 year of experience working with technical teams and AI tools.
+1 year of experience working in a marketing agency.
1+ years of advanced ClickUp expertise, with hands-on experience architecting a ClickUp workspace from scratch
Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Extremely organized with exceptional follow-through.
Able to bring structure to fast-moving environments without creating bureaucracy.
Proven experience leading and building agency operations, rather than primarily managing client relationships or individual projects (digital marketing, performance marketing, creative, or similar multi-client agency environment)
Working Conditions
Monthly salary: 3000 USD
Job schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00 EST
