Ensure the integration between our GTM tech stack tools and other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, customer support, billing, or RevOps tools) is maintained
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users
Conduct regular training and refresher sessions on the GTM technology stack for new hires and existing GTM team members
Revenue Operations & Process Optimization
Support forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, lead management, and sales process optimization
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to improve operational workflows and reporting consistency
Help establish and maintain KPI frameworks, data definitions, and operational best practices
Assist with commission tracking, bookings analysis, churn reporting, and customer lifecycle analytics
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and visibility across the revenue organization
Reporting, Analytics & Data Management
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring business performance analyses
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational initiatives
Ensure data accuracy across systems and proactively identify inconsistencies or gaps
Support data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and migration efforts
