As a Package Room Attendant, you will play an integral role in supporting a world-class guest experience by expertly managing the flow of packages and deliveries throughout the property. Responsibilities include receiving, tracking, and safeguarding incoming shipments; providing prompt and accurate notifications to guests, event planners, and team members; and ensuring timely delivery of all items. This position also serves as the hotel's package and shipping concierge, assisting guests with outbound shipments and providing personalized service with professionalism and attention to detail synonymous with luxury hospitality.
