Business Analyst

Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000
Reporting Mode: 100% remote
We’re seeking a Business Analyst to partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable business requirements for software product enhancements and AI Automation use cases.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who can figure things out in an ambiguous, unstructured environment were there is minimal documentation. The ideal candidate has facilitated requirements gathering sessions independently with business stakeholders with full ownership of executing on building out solutions per the requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, define, and present business requirements.
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria and coordinate UAT.
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and collaborate on solutions.
Maintain project documentation, requirements, test cases, timelines, workflows, and decision logs.
Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and project status meetings.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Qualifications
3+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably supporting software, data or AI initiatives.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business and executive audiences.
Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), requirements gathering, workshops, UAT, and cross-functional collaboration is required
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, startup-like environment.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL queries is required.
Experience with creating work efficiencies using AI is required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
