Job Title: Oracle HCM Test Lead
Location: Remote Job
Duration: 15 Months+
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Test Lead to lead testing activities for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end testing, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
Develop test strategies, scenarios, scripts, and execution plans.
Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and stakeholders.
Track defects, manage resolutions, and ensure quality deliverables.
Support testing across Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM testing.
Strong experience in SIT, UAT, and defect management.
Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and testing tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
