10X Fibre SA™ is expanding its business finance division and is looking for motivated individuals to join our network as Business Finance Brokers.
Our brokers assist South African businesses seeking funding by identifying suitable funding opportunities, assisting clients with documentation and applications, and supporting the client through the funding process.
This opportunity is suited to individuals with strong sales, marketing, business development or customer relationship skills who want to build an income stream through business finance.
The Opportunity
As a 10X Fibre SA Business Finance Broker, you can earn commission when a business finance application you originate results in a successful disbursement.
Starting commission: 1.5% of the successful disbursement
Brokers who achieve R2,500,000 in cumulative successful disbursements will have their commission rate permanently adjusted to:
2.5% of successful disbursements
Commission Example
If a client receives:
R1,000,000
At a 1.5% commission rate:
Broker commission = R15,000
At a 2.5% commission rate:
Broker commission = R25,000
Commission is based on successful finance disbursements, subject to the applicable broker agreement and commission terms.

General Business Funding
Funding solutions for qualifying businesses across different industries and business sectors.
Medical Equipment Funding
Funding solutions for medical professionals and businesses requiring finance to purchase, replace or upgrade medical equipment.
What You Will Do
As a Business Finance Broker, your responsibilities may include:
Identifying businesses that may require funding
Prospecting for potential business finance clients
Contacting business owners and decision-makers
Understanding the client's funding requirements
Conducting an initial client assessment
Explaining the available funding process
Assisting clients in preparing the required documentation
Compiling and submitting finance applications
Maintaining communication with clients throughout the application process
Following up on outstanding documentation
Building and maintaining a business client pipeline
Developing your own referral and prospecting network
Working towards cumulative successful disbursement targets
Maintaining professional and accurate client records

We understand that starting in business finance can be difficult without training, tools and prospects.
Our startup broker programme provides:
Workshop Training
Brokers receive training covering business finance products, sales processes and the fundamentals of working with business finance applications.
Documentation Training
You will receive training on how to assist clients with compiling and preparing documentation required for business finance applications.
Sales & Client Acquisition Training
Training is provided on prospecting, approaching business owners, qualifying opportunities and converting potential clients into finance applications.
Access to Prospects/Leads
Eligible startup brokers can receive access to up to 400 prospects/leads per month for up to 12 months, providing an opportunity to develop a client pipeline.
Application Support
Brokers receive support during the business finance application process, including assistance with documentation and application progression.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are:
Confident communicating with business owners
Comfortable making calls and sending WhatsApp messages
Interested in sales and business development
Self-motivated and target-driven
Able to identify potential business opportunities
Professional when dealing with clients
Organised and able to manage multiple prospects
Willing to learn business finance processes
Comfortable working on a commission-based model
Interested in building a long-term business finance client network
Previous experience in sales, marketing, business finance, insurance, telecommunications, banking, financial services, property, recruitment or business development will be advantageous.
Minimum Requirements
Proven marketing, sales or customer acquisition skills
Good communication skills
Access to a smartphone and reliable internet connection
Ability to communicate professionally with business owners
South African market knowledge
Willingness to complete the required training
Important: Nature of the Opportunity
This is a commission-based independent broker opportunity and is not a fixed-salary employment position.
Income is performance-based and depends on successful business finance disbursements generated through the broker's activities.
There is no guarantee of income, leads converting, finance approval or successful disbursement.
Contract & Training Fee
R2,500 once-off
The once-off fee covers the broker contract and workshop training programme.
Applicants should review the applicable broker agreement and programme terms before joining.
