20 Business Finance Brokers | 40 Internet & Hosting Agents
10x Partners Group, trading as 10x Fibre SA, is expanding its sales network and looking for motivated, results-driven individuals to join our growing team on a remote, commission-based basis.
We have two exciting opportunities available:
💼 1. BUSINESS FINANCE BROKERS — 20 POSITIONS
Assist businesses seeking funding by helping them compile finance documentation and submit applications for assessment.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect for businesses requiring finance.
• Conduct cold calling and online outreach.
• Source leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
• Assist clients with compiling the required documentation.
• Submit applications and follow up on progress.
💰 Commission structure:
• 10% revenue share; OR
• 1.5%–2.5% once-off commission on successfully disbursed funding, subject to the agreed commission terms.
🌐 2. INTERNET & HOSTING AGENTS — 40 POSITIONS
Promote our connectivity and digital services to residential customers, entrepreneurs, and businesses.
Products include:
• Fibre to the Home (FTTH)
• Fibre to the Business (FTTB)
• Wireless Internet
• Fixed LTE & 5G
• Web Hosting & Domain Names
• Professional Business Email
• Website Development
💰 Commission structure:
• Internet services: 15% commission on qualifying subscriptions for up to 12 months.
• Hosting plans: 30% commission on qualifying plans.
All commissions are subject to the applicable agreement and qualifying transactions.
🎯 MONTHLY PROSPECTING SUPPORT FOR AGENTS
We equip our agents with 440 company-provided prospects per month.
Agents are also expected to source 600 to 1 200 additional prospects monthly through social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
That means a target of 1040 to 1640 prospects per month to work with, combining company-provided leads and independent prospecting.
✅ WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in:
• Cold calling and telesales
• Business development and lead generation
• LinkedIn and social media prospecting
• Business finance documentation and applications
• Internet, telecommunications, hosting, or digital services sales
Candidates must be self-motivated, professional, comfortable with remote work, and willing to work towards sales targets.
