Position Summary:
We are looking for a Website Developer with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Firebase to help maintain and enhance our websites. The ideal candidate will assist with improving existing functionality, developing new features, and creating user-friendly experiences that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update existing website pages and functionality
Design and develop new website features and improvements
Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Firebase for development and database management
Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and user-friendly across devices
Troubleshoot bugs, UI issues, and performance problems
Collaborate with team members to improve overall website experience and functionality
Support ongoing website optimization and content updates
Required Skills
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience working with Firebase
Understanding of responsive web design principles
Ability to debug and troubleshoot website issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Good to Have
Experience with React
UI/UX design knowledge
Experience with Figma
Eye for clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces
Experience improving user journeys and website usability
Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization and website performance optimization
