What you will do
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineering teams to develop and launch product features.
Manage the product backlog and ensure priorities remain aligned with business goals.
Coordinate product development from discovery and planning through launch and continuous improvement.
Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback.
Work with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Communicate product updates, priorities, risks, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for product improvements, innovation, and growth.
Analyze competitors and market trends to maintain the product’s competitive position.
Ensure products deliver a strong user experience while achieving commercial objectives.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or a related role.
Strong understanding of product development and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Ability to translate customer and business needs into actionable product requirements.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with product analytics and project/product management tools.
Experience working in a technology or SaaS environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered product development.
Experience conducting market and competitor research.
Familiarity with product analytics tools.
Technical understanding sufficient to collaborate effectively with software development teams.
