Senior Fullstack Engineer — Job Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer / Software Engineer.
Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang) for developing and maintaining production-grade backend services and microservices.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React / React Native for frontend and cross-platform application development.
Solid experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and Protocol Buffers for service-to-service communication.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including database design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Good understanding of SQL query analysis, EXPLAIN plans, N+1 query elimination, batching, and database performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with Redis, including caching strategies, TTL, deduplication, and high-traffic data access patterns.
Experience designing and implementing transactional systems, particularly order, payment, fulfilment, inventory, or other high-throughput business processes.
Strong understanding of asynchronous processing, retries, idempotency, and event-driven architecture.
Experience integrating third-party services and payment or delivery aggregator APIs.
Experience developing offline-first applications, including local data storage, store-and-forward synchronization, and conflict resolution, is highly preferred.
Familiarity with RabbitMQ or other message brokers and event-driven processing is a plus.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools, such as OpenTelemetry and Prometheus, is a plus.
Experience with SQLite or embedded databases and offline POS/edge applications is a plus.
Familiarity with React Native + Expo and Electron-based desktop applications is a plus.
Experience in F&B, QSR, POS, retail, ERP, or other transactional business systems is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of clean architecture / hexagonal architecture and ability to work effectively within an existing complex codebase.
Able to work independently with minimal onboarding and take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery.
Strong experience with Git, code review, debugging, testing, and Agile/Scrum development practices.
Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code or similar AI coding agents, including effective prompting and critically reviewing AI-generated code.

Experience with QSR, F&B, retail, POS, or ERP platforms.
Experience implementing offline-first / edge computing patterns, including Outbox, Store-and-Forward, and conflict resolution.
Experience with payment gateway and delivery aggregator integrations.
Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.
Experience with React Native, Expo, and Electron.
Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Kubernetes, and continuous profiling.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across Go backend services and cross-platform POS clients.
Build reliable transactional workflows covering ordering, payment, fulfilment, and inventory.
Develop offline-first POS capabilities, including local-first data, synchronization, and conflict handling.
Integrate third-party, payment, and delivery services using reliable integration patterns.
Optimize application performance through database tuning, caching, query optimization, and endpoint hardening.
Contribute to master data, inventory, reporting, and ERP-level capabilities.
Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and E2E testing.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint-based delivery.
Work independently within a complex production codebase and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
