Technical Writer
Qualifications:
Minimum D3 education from any major, with experience in the IT field.
Minimum 2 years experience as Tech Writer
Understanding of general banking processes/flows or experience in banking IT.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL, system administration, programming languages, and applications.
Understanding of technical concepts and terminology within the IT and software industry.
Strong critical thinking, communication, business analysis, and creative skills, with good planning abilities and the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely.
Able to design and provide innovative solutions to meet organizational IT needs.
Able to collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather the required information.
Able to conduct research and collect data from various sources.
Skills:
Excellent writing and editing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Experience with technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
