HR Support Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Support Officer to assist with daily human resources operations and administrative activities. The successful candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR documentation, and employee relations initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for human resources operations and programs.
Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Prepare HR-related documents, letters, reports, and correspondence.
Assist employees with HR inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Support payroll, attendance tracking, and leave administration processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in human resources, administration, recruitment, or a related support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management processes.
Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
Understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or related credentials are a plus.
