We are looking for a Commission Specialist to join our team and support commission-related processes for a growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
Calculate and process sales commissions accurately and on time.
Review commission data, sales transactions, and supporting reports.
Validate commission calculations and investigate discrepancies.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other teams to resolve commission-related concerns.
Maintain accurate commission records and prepare regular reports.
Support commission adjustments, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
Ensure commission processes are aligned with company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in commission calculation, administration, or related finance operations.
Experience handling commissions within a technology/SaaS/software company is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of commission calculations, reconciliations, and data validation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with large datasets.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
