I’m currently supporting a hiring opportunity for a Business Development Manager – Bangladesh.
Location: Bangladesh – Home-based
Experience: 5+ years
Salary: Negotiable
Working days: Sunday – Thursday
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in channel sales / business development, ideally within IT, AV, professional display, EdTech, or collaboration solutions.
Key requirements:
5+ years of channel sales or business development experience
Experience managing distributors, resellers, or system integrators
Strong track record in market development and project sales
Able to manage sales pipelines, partner relationships, and project closures independently
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with professional displays, interactive flat panels, smart education, or collaboration solutions is highly preferred. Mandarin is a plus.
The role reports to the Regional Sales Director at HQ and involves working closely with partners across enterprise, education, hospitality, commercial, and government sectors.
